Coast Connection:  Owner Scott Player has applied for a special exception to allow beer and wine sales as well as a setback variance at this facility,  which is a marina and emerging entertainment complex at the end of Porto Bello Street in Bokeelia.     Some neighbors object, but numerous customers of the facility support the application. A hearing date has been set for June 29. Time to be announced
